We only ship within the USA, and since we cover shipping, handling and insurance costs, our prices reflect this. For orders outside the USA, please contact us at info@WaynesTrains.com   

All sales are final. There is no return-policy.

All of the cars/engines are hand-made. We strive to produce a quality item. Each piece is personally inspected before shipping. At the same time, we occasionally include slight, unique imperfections that is naturally in the wood. Trains are workhorses and take a beating. Slight imperfections add a touch of realism. Because they really are hand-made, no two will ever be exactly alike, even special-order "reproductions". All are unique in their own way.

We pay Shipping & Handling and Insurance.

Although, we will take care in packaging and wrapping your item carefully, we are not responsible for damage during shipment by UPS. This is why we insure your item(s). If your items are damaged in shipping, you will need to contact us. We will need you to return it to us to see if it can be repaired, or if it needs to be replaced*. When returning the items back to us, we highly recommend that you pay the extra cost of insuring your item also.

*Replacement may take up to six months to hand craft another.
